NDA - ScotRail Suburban Fleet (EMU & BEMU) Procurement
Manufacturers interested in participating in this pre-qualification event for ScotRail's suburban fleet procurement must sign the attached Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The NDA can be downloaded from the Attachments tab within this event, and then once signed must be uploaded to the NDA Upload section within the Questionnaire Tab. Please note, no amendments to the NDA by participants will be accepted by ScotRail. Access to the procurement documents and PQQ will only be granted to you after ScotRail has verified your signed and uploaded NDA.

The pre-qualification process will launch on week commencing 3rd November 2025 and will remain open until the 19th January 2026. Please note that any delay in signing the NDA may reduce your time available to access the information and respond to the questionnaire.
